Digging and Foundation

Excavator dug down about 3' for foundation and new garage floor. Apparently someone flagged our contractor down en route to the dirt dump, they wanted free dirt. So we saved money on 4 loads by dumping at his property.

Shower just flew out the window, didn't snap pic fast enough!

More demo

Hallway now goes through to backyard

Mark 'hired' TKE endergrads to come help with the demo, they were a big help.

First step: demo

Within 15 minutes our contractor had the fence apart, pulled his truck and trailers into the yard and walls were starting to come down.
